Is there a contract?

What counts toward the monthly minimum?

Monthly minimums are based on the eligible food and beverage subtotal before taxes, gratuity, delivery fees, staffed service, rentals and premium add-ons.

Can our menus change?

Yes. Your coordinator can help create a rotating menu schedule so employees receive variety while staying within your approved budget.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. We offer vegetarian and gluten-friendly selections. Please provide allergy and dietary information when planning each meal.

Do you offer monthly invoicing?

Consolidated invoicing is available to approved accounts. Companies may be asked to complete a short billing application.

What does standard setup include?

Standard setup includes arranging the disposable serving ware and buffet items supplied with the order. Staffed buffet service, premium equipment, rentals and cleanup services are quoted separately.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

Team Preferred and Corporate Partner accounts receive one courtesy reschedule per month with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled service is subject to kitchen and delivery availability.

Where does Barbacoa deliver?

We serve businesses throughout the Wasatch Front and surrounding areas (Utah County included).  Delivery availability, fees and minimums depend on the address, order size and requested time.

Do meal-plan members receive a discount?

The program emphasizes price stability, priority service, easier coordination and added benefits instead of large automatic discounts. Preferred volume pricing may be available for qualified prepaid accounts after monthly spending and menu requirements are confirmed.

Define a “standard meal”

Meal quantities and delivery dates are scheduled at the beginning of each billing cycle. Team Preferred and Corporate Partner clients may reschedule one delivery with at least 24 hours’ notice. Unused meals do not accumulate indefinitely.
